Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Literacy from the Scholarship Department of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung awards Masters and Ph.D. literacy to largely-good transnational scholars who wish to shoulder studies in Germany. They must be active in politics and social issues.

Transnational scholars can admit an education in the form of a living entitlement for the duration of their standard study program. Transnational scholars don’t pay education freights.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s Scholarship Department offers scholars a wide range of support, conforming of political education events and summer seminaries, shops conducted both domestically and abroad, councils, and educational passages. It organizes practical training in rhetoric, conflict operation, tone- operation, time operation, and tone- operation. This helps to enhance academic qualifications and textbook and jotting shops.

Eligibility For Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships

The Scholarship Department offers grants to international students (MA and Ph.D. only) who temporarily reside in Germany to study or research. These are the requirements:

  • German language proficiency at B2 or higher level
  • Students pursuing a Master’s degree must be enrolled in a German state-recognized university
  • A German university must accept doctoral students
  • Scholarships for MA and doctoral students can be applied from Egypt, Libyan, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Yemen.

These are the selection criteria:

  • Proficient in academic and professional skills (proof of higher-than-average academic achievements at school or university).
  • Family/personal background
  • Political and social engagement in line with the aims of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung
  • German language proficiency at B2 or higher level

Instructions for application for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships

Online applications for scholarships can be made. 1 October is the deadline for applications for grants that begin in the summer semester of next year (1 April) or 1 April for grants that start in the winter semester (1 October).
