Reno Omokri, a former presidential adviser, has reacted to Bola Tinubu, the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), visiting Ondo State on Monday.
GISTLOVER previously revealed that the APC Presidential candidate for 2023 skipped the party’s primaries in Abuja and went to the Catholic Church in Owo, where gunmen slaughtered dozens of parishioners on Sunday morning.
Tinubu visited Ondo to sympathize with State Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, who had earlier condemned the event in a statement.
The APC leader stated that he needed to get to the location of the incident, which was allegedly carried out by an unidentified group of gunmen suspected of being Fulani herders.
In response to Tinubu’s visit to Owo, Omokri, who is notorious for constantly attacking the APC leader and the entire broom camp, took to his social media page to praise Tinubu’s visit to the state.
Omokri, on the other hand, asked Tinubu to use his fortune to generously contribute to the attack survivors, noting that hundreds of them still in need of blood at the Federal Medical Centre in Owo.
“I commend Bola Tinubu for speedily visiting the scene of the Owo killings, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo. This shows leadership. Right now, the Federal Medical Centre, Owo, needs finances and blood donations. I know that Asiwaju has the means, and I encourage him to donate generously to save lives!” Omokri wrote.
