The wife of the deputy governor of Katsina State, Hajiya Mariam Buhari, has been appointed as the organization’s national coordinator, according to the Tinubu Support Organization (TSO).
This was announced by the group’s National Secretary, Otunba Gboyega Bada, on Thursday at the secretariat in Abuja’s Central Business District, according to Naija News.
He refuted rumors that Mrs. Buhari will replace him as director general of the Tinubu Support Organization.
I appreciate the DG’s efforts, Bada stated. Sulaiman is still important to this company. No one can replace his ability or insight because he is the face of this organization.
“Today we made the decision to undergo a reorganization of sorts to improve our efficiency. We required a person with the ability to roam freely, access all regions, leaders in the APC, and other organizations in addition to our principals.
“At the Tinubu Support Organization, we are searching for voters and trying to locate them. Additionally, we desired a distribution that would allow for gender equality. That is why she (Mariam) was chosen to serve as the national Coordinator. After all, a woman can accomplish more than a male can.
Mariam Buhari pledged to apply the knowledge she gained during her 2015 campaign for Buhari’s inauguration to the organization.
“I had been President Muhamadu Buhari’s northwest coordinator in 2015, where I played a crucial role through hard effort, recommendation, and credibility,” she stated.
“This time, I’m confident that I can get significant results and significant support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.” With Allah.
“I already had my campaign’s organizational structure in place before today. By God’s grace, I can promise you that Nigerians have my unwavering assurance that Asiwaju would receive the north-western zone.
“My building is already in place, and I have come a long way. I have reached the entire zone of the north-west.
Mariam, a Kaduna Polytechnic graduate and the wife of Mannir Yakubu, the deputy governor of Katsina State and a close relative of Buhari, would be helped at the TSO by Mrs. Ayodele Fatunsin.
