It’s been quite an interesting past 24 hours as far as the Big Brother Naija Season six is concerned. The controversy began in the Sunday eviction show, when housemates Pere and Angel were both fake evicted, with both asked to play a game to determine who would join the remaining four housemates in the final. The decision sparked angry reactions from fans in general, with the producers being accused of bias as Pere was now at risk of being eliminated despite the fact that he clearly topped Angel in the polls, as shown in the voting results released yesterday.
But just as viewers were anxiously awaiting Big Brother’s next move, he has now thrown in one final, major twist: Pere and Angel are both safe, and will both be in the Grand finale.
This means rather than the traditional top five, we will now have a top-six for the final week!
The decision was announced to Pere and Angel after both had played the game arranged for them. The game involved disassembling and unscrewing of trucks by both housemates, and they were asked to couple the pieces again. But apparently, the game was inconsequential, as Big brother has now decided to put both backs in the game.
This means the six finalists are Emmanuel, Liquorose, Whitemoney, Cross, Pere and Angel. Emmanuel emerged as the head of house in the HOH game which was held shortly before “Biggie” told Pere and Angel their fates.
