According to the statement, all the threats directed at Angel in the past few hours have created questions and fear of what will happen at the end of the show.
The dad and social media handler of Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye contestant and reality television star, Angel Agnes Smith, has reacted to the uproar emanating from last night’s live eviction in the BBNaija season 6 show.
The eviction came in quite different scenarios, with only three, out of the six evictees out of the show, leaving Whitemoney as the top surviving Housemate in the evictees’ list.
However, Angel and Pere got fake-evicted and were left in the White Room to compete for who will join the other top four finalists, Whitemoney, Liquorose, Emmanuel, and Cross.
This game as was announced by Big Brother didn’t go well with Pere’s supporters and management, as they’ve all taken to social media to cry out over the unfair treatment towards the ‘General’.
Pere, as the voting chart indicated, secured more votes than Angel and was supposed to make it to the top five, but everyone now wonders why Big Brother has to engage them in a game to determine who leaves or stays.
Pere’s management has also released an official statement reacting to this development.
Shortly after the statement from Pere’s management, Angel’s dad, who handles her Instagram page, released his own statement on behalf of Angel’s management.
And according to him, the past few hours have been very exhausting for Angel, considering her emotional state since last night’s eviction show.
The statement also hinted at how it’s been hard for Angel’s management, as a result of the threats they’re receiving, which has created questions and fear of what will happen at the end of the show.
He, however, pleaded on Angel’s behalf, for the supporters to keep calm as he wishes Angel and Pere success in the game of chance about to take place later today, Monday, September 27.
The statement read, “Letter to the World. The past 12hrs has been exhausting and emotional and brought back a lot of past pains. All the threats received has created questions and fear of what will happen when the show is over.
“All my life I have always fought hard for whatever that I wanted, getting into Biggie’s house is an example.
I went in as a princess, made mistakes, learned, grew and coming out as a QUEEN. I saw getting into the house as an Avenue to build my SELF CONFIDENCE.
“Through the years, the @bigbronaija franchise has been known for its content speciality and this season, has been no exception. In line with this, I’m wishing both PERE and MYSELF THE BEST OF LUCK wit my FULL CHEST!
“Lastly, I plead with my fans, the Archangels who are my second family to stay strong and critics to please be kind at this crucial stage in the game!
“See me Angel as your sister, friend and a work in progress who is simply following rules…let love lead.”
